Tata Steel (Mining Division) intended to create a B2B platform where customers and businesses could collaborate in the presales cycle interactively to create a financial estimate and pricing for a required product, making and the purchasing experience more interactive and transparent. This application was developed to engage in price negotiations and build up the connection between businesses and customers to establish transparency and trust as well as reduce the sales cycle. Once the sales was concluded the delivery and tracking would also be done through this platform.
