Kolkata Municipality Corporation, wanted to provide the citizens of Kolkata with the advantage of being able to view information/status related to their taxes, licenses, rebates, representations and hearings, mutation and a host of other important information, for which the citizen would otherwise, have had to visit various offices of KMC and wait on long queues.
Digitization and DMS Services for Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC)
Kolkata Municipality Corporation (KMC) has a very large Supplier / Customer base for their day- to-day operations. To facilitate the ‘payment (for vendors)’ / ‘invoice (for Customers)’ processes to be effective with all the relevant ‘document’ level validations, KMC wanted to create ‘Digital Collections’ of all the relevant documents (like Contract, NEFT mandate form, etc.) required for the same enabling their departments to expedite the transaction process using these ‘digitized’ documents enhancing end-user experience.

The business need for Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation (BMC) was to provide an innovative parking management solution that helped commuters find parking spaces within seconds from anywhere, in advance within BMC’s area.
